PROJECT BRIEF
Our clients purpose of buying this existing detached granite dwelling was to adapt it to modern living concepts of large open plan spaces and functional bedrooms and master suite. With the dwelling having a prominent street elevation we had to ensure that our proposals complied with Aberdeen City Council’s planning guidelines for substantial gable end extensions and street elevation dormer formations.
