We’re thrilled to announce that Aberdeenshire Council has granted planning permission for our latest new build dwelling in collaboration with Cairnrowan Custom Homes.

The proposed design integrates the original, redundant farm building on the site, presenting a modern bungalow concept that features open-plan living, a garden room, and a unique ‘bothy’ living area that pays homage to the site’s history.

The exterior blends reclaimed granite from the site with white render and Frake thermally modified timber cladding, which will naturally weather to a silvery hue, harmonising with the surrounding rural landscape.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Spring, and we look forward to sharing completion photos in the near future.
