In our design, we have retained the footprint of the existing steading while incorporating elements of the original granite structure. This is harmoniously blended with a modern 1.5-storey addition, resulting in a contemporary three-bedroom detached home.
To enhance the entrance, we plan to preserve and repurpose the original stonework, creating a ‘lean-to’ entrance vestibule.
Currently, we’re making progress on the technical aspects of the building warrant application, with plans to commence construction on-site in the third quarter of 2025.
